Mango salsa

1 diced mango
1 minced shallot
1 diced avocado
1 small lemon, juiced
salt/pepper
splash of red wine or rice wine vinegar

This is simple and delic!
Throw it in a bowl and serve with fish tacos, quesadilla, or on a chicken sandwich.
